Building tools and skills to respond to change intentionally will mean life isn’t just happening to you, but you’re making it into something you-shaped.
We will work together over a series of 1:1 sessions. Most people work with me for around 6-8 sessions, but we’ll personalise this to wherever you’re at.

The Self-Saboteur
You know what your goals are & who you'd like to be. But somehow it goes wrong every time you try to get there. You struggle with the slowness and messiness of starting new things. You want to do things well, or not do them at all. You’ve tried 5 billion times to change sticky habits, and every time, you crush it for about 2 weeks, before it all comes crashing down and you go back to square one. What if you're not failing because you lack willpower? Maybe you're setting the bar so high that falling short is inevitable — and somewhere, that feels safer than giving it a real shot and not succeeding. You want to finally stop being your own worst enemy, learn to work with your brain instead of against it, and build something that actually sticks.
The Great Hesitator
You have big dreams & ideas - but you keep talking yourself out of them, coming up with 1001 reasons why now's not the right time or you're not the kind of person to do it. You watch videos of people who quit their jobs and start businesses; you hear your adventurous friend talking about their newest side quests, and you feel a mix of inspired and utterly defeated. Going after something different feels big and scary and you find yourself stuck in decision paralysis every time, never getting off the starting line.
Captain Autopilot
Each day feels like a rinse & repeat of the day before. You feel like you SHOULD feel good because everything is fine on the surface. You have a job, people who love you, a life that looks how it was supposed to — but something feels off, and saying that out loud makes you feel ungrateful or a bit guilty. You scroll through Instagram at midnight, looking at people who seem to be actually living. You revenge-spend on overpriced coffees that make you feel briefly better, but beneath it all, you’re feeling a little hollow. You don't know what you want. You just know this isn't quite it.
The Idea Juggler
You’re clear on what you want to change, but there are a million different steps that swirl around your head making you dizzy. You are overwhelmed by all the steps you'll need to take, or you keep finding yourself distracted by new shiny-things each time you start. Either way, you’ve been doing the two-steps-forwards-five-steps-back tango with life. Perhaps you already made a big change (by choice or by force) and now you're in the aftermath, trying to find your footing. You don't need more ideas. You need someone to help you put everything down, pick up one thing, and take the next small step.
I know you’ve tried listening to podcasts and reading self-help books; productivity-hacking your way into oblivion; or mind-mapping yourself silly trying to figure out what to do with your life.
But, honestly, many people try to consume, consume, consume & plan their way out of stuckness without ever taking the time and space to actually understand themselves first. That's what these sessions are for.

What do the sessions look like?
Each session is 60 minutes, held online via videocall, and shaped entirely around you — your situation, your pace, your goals.
We don't follow a rigid curriculum. But across our work together, we tend to move through three interconnected things:

This is the messy middle, and it's where most people give up when they try to do it alone. We use psychological tools and the power of accountability to help you get stuck in with taking steps towards what you want, to reconnect with yourself and your life.
1. Redefining - getting clear on who you are and what you actually want
Before we can talk about change, we need to understand you: your values, your patterns, your strengths, the stories you've been telling yourself about what you can and can't do.
2. Redesigning — making real decisions and taking real steps
This is where we get practical. What changes do you want to make? How do you build a life with more joy and intention while navigating the actual constraints of your actual life? We map it out, together.

I've walked the walk
But I also talk the talk
I always felt I couldn’t cope with the norm - the 9-5, the ‘live for the weekend’ culture.
I was escaping into my phone, T.V. or a bottle of wine after work, rinse and repeat.
Self-care was non-existent, I felt constantly overwhelmed, and kept telling myself, “if everyone else can do it, why can’t I?”
I quit my job, became self-employed, and moved countries. Big pay cut. Nothing to do with my degree.
This move forced me into the big questions of “who am I, actually? What do I want?” THIS WAS NOT COMFORTABLE.
But, it was necessary. I started taking self-care and joy seriously. I started consistently facing my fears (improv classes, performing in front of crowds, the works.)
I have a first class Psychology degree from the University of Cambridge, a diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing coaching, and I’m taking a Master’s in Coaching Psychology.
I have 9 years' experience working in the fields of Psychology and Mental Health
My goal is to bring psychological rigour to the coaching space, helping you navigate change and live a life that actually feels like yours.
