How does coaching work?

Support & Accountability

We all know the benefits of going to the gym, putting our phones down, or meditating, but for some reason it can feel ridiculously hard to do those things by ourselves.

 

As your coach I'm like your gym buddy - keeping you accountable, checking your form, making the process more fun and enjoyable... but we're here to work on your wellbeing through words instead of weights.

Self Discovery

Coaching is a space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential and non-judgmental environment. As your coach, I provide the evidence-based tools and support necessary to help you gain clarity on your current situation, your aspirations, and who you are as a person. Together, we will identify current patterns of thoughts and behaviours that are holding you back, as well as the helpful ones we can build on to help get you where you want to be.

Responsibility & Empowerment

Coaching encourages you to take responsibility and be accountable for yourself in a compassionate way- this is not the same as taking blame, but rather it's an empowering process of learning how to take action.

This stimulates meaningful behaviour change, uplifting you to achieve your personal and professional goals, whether it's adopting a healthier lifestyle or pursuing a more fulfilling career.
