the ones rethinking how they're living and craving something more joyful; from daily routines and career paths to regulating digital overwhelm and improving wellbeing.

In today’s fast-paced, hyper-connected world, the pressure to do a million things at once is high, but the 9-5 grind and constant digital chatter can leave you feeling disconnected, drained, and stuck.
Your emotions get deprioritised, and motivation to do the things you want to do is low.​

Coaching can help you to rediscover direction and motivation by reconnecting with yourself, your purpose, and your emotional wellbeing

 — guiding you to redefine your life as one that feels good to live, and one that actually feels like yours.

  • Let's get to know each other and see if coaching is right for you, right now.

  • See if my coaching style is right for you - coaching will be more effective if we are a good fit!

 

  • There will be no obligation to book sessions after this call if you don't want to. 

 

  • I will help to signpost you elsewhere if other support is needed.

Personal Development and Wellbeing Coaching Sessions 1:1 online sessions, £50 * for 60 minutes If we decide to work together, we'll discuss your personal coaching package.  ​ You can book individual sessions, but clear time and financial commitments are motivating, so there will be a 10% discount for those who book a package of 6+ sessions upfront. ​ *I want coaching to be accessible to everyone. If you are a student or on a low income please message me, I keep some low cost sessions available each month.*

After our intro chat, we will book in for 1:1 online coaching calls.

My Coaching Approach -

1. I have a professional background in Psychology and Mental Health and have worked with all sorts of people for all sorts of reasons. This gives me over 6 years of applied skills to bring to each coaching session. 
 

2. I've had to practice what I preach through several of my own turning points, so even though I don't know what it feels like to be you, I get that life gets hard and messy, and that looking after ourselves is always a work in progress.
 

3. I bring evidence-based tools from Positive Psychology, Strengths Based Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching 

4. But I also believe the coaching you receive should be as unique as you. I love integrating different ways of working! If you're looking for something a little more creative, we can explore different modalities in your coaching sessions (think: improv, nature, art).
